Note: This page shows the steps to set permissions for, downloading, viewing, editing printing and sharing settings. Please follow the instructions given by the relevant authority to set the "downloading" permissions accordingly.

Access you Google Drive.
Create or go to your desired Lecture Folder.
Right click to to upload your desired Video file.
Right click your uploaded file > click Share
Click Setting mark on top right.
Unchecked the boxes preventing editing and disabling downloading for your file > click Back arrow.
Again right click the file > select View details, verify your lecture is not downloadable when shared in you Classroom or any where else.
